The dumbbell pullover builds your lats while also hitting chest and triceps. It's one of the best moves for upper body muscle and rib cage expansion.
1. Lie on a bench with just your upper back and shoulders supported, feet flat on floor 2. Hold one dumbbell with both hands above your chest, arms slightly bent 3. Lower the dumbbell pullover weight back and over your head in a wide arc 4. Feel the stretch in your lats and chest, then pull the weight back to start 5. Keep the dumbbell pullover movement slow and controlled throughout
• Keep your core tight and hips low throughout the dumbbell pullover movement • Don't let your elbows flare out too wide during the exercise • Focus on feeling the stretch in your lats, not just moving weight • Keep your shoulders down and back for better dumbbell pullover form
