The underhand close grip lat pull down builds a wider, stronger back while hitting your biceps hard. Perfect for getting that V-shaped upper body and improving pull-up strength.

How To

1. Sit at the cable machine and grab the bar with palms facing you, hands close together 2. Keep your chest up and shoulders back as you pull the bar down toward your upper chest 3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and feel your lats contract during the underhand close grip lat pull down 4. Slowly return the bar to the starting position with control 5.
