1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet together in a diamond shape 2. Place hands behind your head or crossed over your chest 3. Engage your abs and lift your shoulders off the ground for the frog sit up 4. Hold for a second at the top, squeezing your core muscles tight 5. Lower back down slowly and repeat the frog sit up movement
