1. Place a thick book on the floor and stand with feet close together on top of it 2. Keep your core tight and slowly lower into a narrow squat on book position 3. Go down until your thighs are parallel to the floor or as low as you can 4. Push through your heels to drive back up to starting position 5. Complete your narrow squat on book reps with control and good form
