1. Hold dumbbells overhead with arms straight, stand facing a sturdy box or step 2. Step up with your right foot, placing your entire foot on the step surface 3. Drive through your right heel to lift your body up, bringing your left foot to meet the right 4. Step down with control, leading with your left foot for the overhead step up descent 5. Complete all reps on one side before switching, keeping the weights overhead throughout the overhead step up movement
