Exercise Description

The rocking gastroc emphasis ankle mobilization exercise improves ankle flexibility and stretches tight calf muscles. It helps reduce stiffness and boosts mobility for better movement.

How To

1. Start in a lunge position with your right foot forward and left leg extended back straight 2. Place both hands on the ground on either side of your front foot 3. Keep your back leg straight and press your left heel down toward the floor during the rocking gastroc emphasis ankle mobilization 4. Rock forward and backward gently while maintaining the heel-down position to stretch the calf 5.
