Exercise Description

The worlds greatest stretch opens up tight hip flexors while hitting multiple muscle groups at once. It's perfect for warming up or fixing desk-job tightness.

How To

1. Start in a push-up position with hands planted firmly on the ground 2. Step your right foot outside your right hand, keeping your left leg straight behind you 3. Lower your hips down and forward to feel the worlds greatest stretch through your left hip flexor 4. Place your right elbow on the ground inside your right foot for a deeper stretch 5. Hold for 30-60 seconds, then switch sides and repeat the worlds greatest stretch movement

Form Tips
