Exercise Description

The kneeling cable tricep extension builds strong, defined triceps while keeping your core engaged. It gives you constant tension throughout the movement for better muscle growth.

How To

1. Set the cable pulley to the highest position and attach a rope or straight bar handle. 2. Kneel facing away from the machine, grab the handle with both hands overhead. 3. Keep your upper arms still and slowly lower the weight by bending only at your elbows during the kneeling cable tricep extension. 4. Stop when your forearms touch your biceps, then push the weight back up by straightening your arms. 5. Complete the kneeling cable tricep extension by fully extending your arms overhead without moving your shoulders.

Form Tips

• Keep your upper arms completely still throughout the entire kneeling cable tricep extension movement • Squeeze your triceps hard at the top of each rep when your arms are fully extended • Don't let your elbows flare out to the sides during the kneeling cable tricep extension • Keep your core tight and back straight throughout the exercise
