Exercise Description

The kneeling diamond push exercise builds tricep strength and mass while working your chest and shoulders. It's easier than regular diamond pushups but still packs a punch.

How To

1. Kneel on the ground and place your hands in a diamond shape directly under your chest 2. Keep your body straight from knees to head as you lower your chest toward your hands 3. Focus on your triceps doing the work during the kneeling diamond push movement 4. Push back up to starting position, keeping the diamond hand position 5. Complete your reps with control, making sure each kneeling diamond push hits your triceps hard
