Exercise Description

The kneeling overhead tricep extension over flat bench targets your triceps while giving you a stable base. It builds arm strength and muscle size with better control than standing versions.

How To

1. Kneel behind a flat bench holding a dumbbell with both hands above your head 2. Keep your upper arms still and lower the weight behind your head by bending at the elbows 3. Stop when you feel a stretch in your triceps, keeping the dumbbell controlled 4. Push the weight back up by straightening your arms for the kneeling overhead tricep extension over flat bench 5. Keep your core tight and repeat for your target reps
