Exercise Description

The lying dumbbell tricep extension builds bigger, stronger triceps. It targets the back of your arms for better definition and pushing power.

How To

1. Lie flat on a bench holding dumbbells with arms straight up over your chest 2. Keep your upper arms still and slowly lower the dumbbells by bending at the elbows 3. Lower until the lying dumbbell tricep extension brings weights near your forehead 4. Squeeze your triceps and press the dumbbells back to starting position 5.
