Exercise Description

The one arm cable underhand tricep extension builds single-arm strength and fixes muscle imbalances. It targets your triceps from a unique angle for better arm development.

How To

1. Set the cable pulley to high position and attach a single handle. Stand facing away from the machine. 2. Grab the handle with an underhand grip and step forward. Your arm should be extended overhead for the one arm cable underhand tricep extension starting position. 3. Keep your upper arm still and slowly lower the handle behind your head by bending only at the elbow. 4.
