The cable row with lat bar builds a strong, thick back while improving posture. It targets your middle back muscles and helps create that V-shape look.
1. Sit at the cable station with your feet on the platform, knees slightly bent 2. Grab the lat bar with an overhand grip, arms fully extended 3. Keep your chest up and pull the lat bar to your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together 4. Hold for a second, then slowly return to the starting position with control 5. Repeat for your desired reps, maintaining good posture throughout the cable row with lat bar movement
• Keep your back straight and chest up during the entire cable row with lat bar movement • Pull with your back muscles, not just your arms - think about squeezing your shoulder blades • Don't rock back and forth - keep your torso stable • Use a full range of motion but don't overstretch at the bottom
