Exercise Description

The double arm sled row builds serious pulling strength in your back and arms. It's perfect for developing raw power while working your entire posterior chain.

How To

1. Load the sled with weight and attach dual handles or rope 2. Stand facing the sled with feet hip-width apart, grab both handles with straight arms 3. Lean back slightly and pull the sled toward you by driving your elbows back 4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of each double arm sled row rep 5. Slowly extend your arms to return the sled to starting position and repeat
