How To

1. Set the Smith machine bar at knee height and load your weight plates. 2. Grab the bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart, and step back. 3. Hinge at your hips, keep your back straight, and let the bar hang at arm's length. 4. Pull the bar to your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together tight. 5.
