Exercise Description

The trap bar rack pull builds serious hamstring and glute strength while teaching perfect deadlift form. It's safer than floor pulls and lets you lift heavier weight.

How To

1. Set the trap bar on rack pins at mid-shin height and load your weight plates securely. 2. Step inside the trap bar rack pull setup and grab the handles with a firm, even grip. 3. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and create tension through your whole body before lifting. 4. Drive through your heels and pull the bar straight up by extending your hips and knees together. 5. Lower the trap bar rack pull weight back to the pins with control, keeping your back straight throughout.

Form Tips
