The band alphabet exercise builds shoulder stability and mobility by moving your arm through all ranges of motion. It strengthens small stabilizer muscles while improving control.

How To

1. Anchor your resistance band at shoulder height and grab the handle with one arm extended 2. Keep your arm straight and use controlled movements to trace each letter of the alphabet in the air 3. Focus on making the band alphabet letters large and clear - your shoulder should do all the work 4. Complete the full alphabet with one arm before switching to the other side 5. Perform the band alphabet exercise slowly with constant tension throughout each letter
