Exercise Description

The one arm dumbbell hammer preacher curl isolates your biceps while building forearm strength. It prevents cheating and forces perfect form for bigger arm gains.

How To

1. Set up on a preacher bench with a dumbbell in one hand, arm extended over the pad 2. Keep your wrist straight and grip the dumbbell with a neutral (hammer) grip 3. Curl the weight up slowly, squeezing your bicep at the top of the one arm dumbbell hammer preacher curl 4. Lower the dumbbell slowly back to the starting position with control 5. Complete all reps on one arm before switching to perform the one arm dumbbell hammer preacher curl on the other side
