Exercise Description

The rotational med ball shuffle into shot put exercise builds explosive rotational power and core strength. It mimics athletic throwing movements while torching your obliques.

How To

1. Hold a medicine ball at chest level with both hands, feet shoulder-width apart 2. Shuffle quickly to your right for 3-4 steps while keeping the rotational med ball shuffle into shot put ball at your chest 3. Plant your right foot and rotate your torso explosively to the left 4.
