Exercise Description

The shuffle into rotational medicine ball throw builds explosive core power and coordination. It trains your obliques to generate force while moving laterally.

How To

1. Hold a medicine ball at chest height with feet shoulder-width apart 2. Shuffle step to your right while keeping the ball centered at your chest 3. Plant your right foot and rotate your torso, throwing the ball explosively to the right 4.
