How To

1. Sit on the stability ball with a barbell across your shoulders 2. Walk your feet forward until your upper back rests on the ball 3. Keep your hips up and core tight throughout the stability ball barbell twist 4. Rotate your torso left and right in a controlled motion 5. Complete the stability ball barbell twist for your target reps
