Exercise Description

The smith machine shoulder press builds strong, defined shoulders while keeping you stable. It's perfect for learning proper form and pushing heavier weight safely.

How To

1. Set the smith machine bar at shoulder height and add your weight plates 2. Sit on a bench with back support, grab the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width 3. Unrack the smith machine shoulder press bar and position it at shoulder level 4. Press straight up until your arms are fully extended, keeping your core tight 5. Lower the smith machine shoulder press bar back to shoulder level with control

Form Tips
