How To

1. Stand tall with arms at your sides, elbows bent 90 degrees 2. Keep your elbows glued to your ribs throughout the standing external rotation no money movement 3. Rotate your forearms outward as far as comfortable, squeezing your shoulder blades 4. Hold the end position for 2 seconds during your standing external rotation no money rep 5.
