Exercise Description

The standing medicine ball chest throw builds explosive chest power and throwing strength. It trains your chest, shoulders, and core to work together in one fast movement.

How To

1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest level with both hands 2. Pull the medicine ball back to your chest, elbows bent and ready for the standing medicine ball chest throw 3. Drive through your legs and explosively push the ball forward with both arms straight 4. Follow through completely, letting the ball release from your hands at full arm extension 5. Reset your position and repeat the standing medicine ball chest throw for your target reps
